InvestmentSupport sized for one — or the very small team running alongside you.
Whether you're a solo therapist between sessions, a solopreneur balancing client work with everything that keeps the business going, or a founder just getting started. Fractional admin, virtual assistant, and fractional OBM support, sized for the way you actually run. Every engagement starts with a 30-minute call and a clean number you can opt into, no haggling.
How I think about pricing — for solo operators.
Most of the people I work with are running things alone. A solo therapist between sessions. A solopreneur balancing client work with everything that keeps the business going. A founder just getting started — building the foundation while serving their first clients. The pricing below respects that — it's built for individuals, not agency budgets.
I price on the time you get back, not the hours I clock. A monthly retainer gives me the room to know your work, build systems around how you operate, and stay ahead of what's next — instead of running a stopwatch. You're hiring a partner who stays in your corner, not a freelancer who shows up when you call.

Common questionsQuick answers.
-
For most solo founders, yes — at least to start. The Partner tier fits when your work is at capacity and you need a real operations partner, not just admin help. Most solo therapists, established solopreneurs, and founders just getting set up begin with Essentials or Starter. We can step up from there if the business grows into it — and most people who do, do it gradually.
-
Essentials is hands-on but minimal — five hours a week to keep the basics from piling up. Best for the solo operator who's mostly running fine and just needs a few hours of weekly maintenance. Starter doubles the hours and adds client onboarding, CRM upkeep, and the room to actually build systems with you. Most people start at Starter when their inbox has stopped being manageable.
-
Probably Starter or Partner, depending on what's breaking. If admin and client work are the friction, Starter. If you need someone running the operational backbone — SOPs, reporting, vendor coordination, team comms — Partner. We'll figure it out on the discovery call.
-
That's expected, especially in your first year. We adjust. If you need more hours one month for a launch or busy season, we scope it. If a quiet month means you don't need the full tier, we talk about flexing down. The point is to fit your real life, not lock you into an inflexible package.
-
Most clients are fully onboarded within 7–10 days of signing. For urgent project sprints, sometimes faster.
-
Yes — solo therapists are one of my main niches. I use HIPAA-aware tools, sign BAAs where needed, and understand how to handle PHI without making your week harder.
